The Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act – better known as the JOBS Act – took effect in April 2012. Since then, the Securities & Exchange Commission has published many of the Act’s required studies, and released significant guidance concerning many of its provisions. Market practice continues to evolve, particularly in relation to emerging growth company IPOs. Now approaching its first anniversary, this webinar provides an opportunity to look at how the market has utilised the JOBS Act, and the key questions that remain.
