Coronavirus has forced consumers to refocus on their financial wellbeing, fueling a desire to feel financially secure. In turn, his has kick-started a behavioural change in the way consumers think and feel about their finances – from savings and credit, to protection and insurance. This session will unveil some proprietary research detailing how the consumer mindset has shifted. Consumers – particularly millennials – have never been as engaged in financial services as they are now.
