Horst Schulze, a founding member of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, established a new standard of excellence in the hospitality industry. Under his leadership, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company became the first service-based company to be awarded the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award—twice. Later in his career, Mr. Schulze founded The Capella Hotel Group. Now, he energizes organizations to reconnect with their service commitment.
