Laureen has an engineering background, learned Agile methods in 2003 and has been responsible for business transformations at 4 companies, focusing on the entire business. Her specialties include regulated environments and agile Product Life Cycles (from strategic planning to post-release, including SDLC) for on-premises and cloud/SaaS environments. As well as creating solid data and information (outcomes) to see where every dollar is being spent and the value created.
