The science of stem cell culture has advanced rapidly since its beginnings in the 1980s, as has the technology behind this research. From feeder-free substrates, to defined media, to scalable cell expansion systems, continual advances in stem cell culture have inspired Corning to develop innovative new tools to support this groundbreaking work and help overcome the challenges that has limited widespread adoption to date. This webinar will cover Corning’s new tools and solutions that enable the advancement of this area of research with specialized vessels, surfaces, and media to keep pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Presenter bio: After graduating from Biochemistry from the University of Santiago (Chile), Constanza perused a career in the Chilean animal health industry, developing as a Bioprocess Scientist for vaccine production in charge of scale-up and tech transfer. She furthered developed her career in Belgium, in the field of antibody production in suspension cell lines. Constanza is currently a Field Application Scientist for the EMEA region, providing customers in-depth technical support, presenting seminars and trainings, and assisting customers in experimental set-up and troubleshooting.
