About this talk

This webinar illustrates the Corning cell isolation and expansion platforms to meet scale-up and other challenges in cell therapy bioprocessing. Corning’s recent investments into providing automation around Stackable Vessels operations as well as in optical based cell isolation technologies would decrease lot-to-lot variability for manufacturing. For larger-scale applications, Corning’s focus into microcarrier-based technologies accelerates allogenic large-scale production of stem cells. Fixed bed platforms such as CellCUBE can also support adherent-based perfusion cultures which would be applicable for exosome-based therapies.
