Endotoxins are a lipopolysaccharide (LPS) molecule found in the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria. In cell culture, endotoxins are considered contaminants and can negatively impact the health and growth of cultured cells. In this seminar, we will share some experiences to prevent cell culture from problems caused by endotoxins.
