Since then, the NVMe/TCP protocol has been enhanced to add features such as Discovery Automation, Authentication and Secure Channels that make it more suitable for use in enterprise environments. Data Fabric: Connecting the Dots between Structured and Unstructured Data

In the IT industry we are eager to talk about #Tech4Good -- how our systems help deliver improved environmental, social and economic outcomes. As ESG and CSR strategies begin getting deployed across organisations, IT teams are being given objectives around reducing their greenhouse gas emissions.  

The impact of digital services is extremely tangible. For instance, producing equipment requires the extraction of raw materials and is energy-intensive across production, usage and end-of-life. As we work towards our sustainability goals, it's never been more important for IT teams to have a solid grasp of their environmental impacts and to develop new strategies and processes to secure a greener future.

About the speaker:
Helene worked for 15 years in an IT firm in the field of trading room software, as a consultant and then as head of the documentation department. She was an expat in India for two years and became a teacher. Her last position was at the Université Toulouse Capitole, France. Very concerned by climate change and sustainability issues, she has been researching the domains of circular economy, climate change and scarcity of resources. She joined Infogreen Factory in May 2022 and has since been working on IT sustainability, giving talks and courses.
