In volatile times, an alternative approach

In light of the current coronavirus (Covid-19) situation our 2020 AGM and General Meeting to approve the acquisition of Merian Global Investors Limited (together the ‘Meetings’), will be held as closed meetings and unfortunately shareholders will not be able to attend in accordance with the current Government guidelines.
