About this talk

In January 2019, NHS Improvement hosted a webinar which introduced developments around Model Mental Health and Model Community Health services, which can be found on their website. In this webinar Michael will explore these developments in more detail, focusing on three key areas within the mental health service provision: •The addition of 5 more mental health service lines to the platform and the measures reflecting compliance with the quality standards. •A discussion about the development of productivity metrics and the findings from the first return of staff data by mental health providers. •A deep dive into selected service lines, exploring what the metrics are indicating about the variation in service provision. To ensure that we can keep funding HFMA events, we often involve third party organisations and may share your forename, surname, job title and organisation on request.
