Matt, Paul, Rob and Rhiannon from Grant Thornton’s Healthcare Advisory team will be discussing their thoughts on how the NHS can fund new, and more importantly, successful capital projects. Their session will be covering areas such as building a compelling business case, risk management as well as managing and understanding the process. The speakers will talk about what this wave of projects can learn from the last wave of projects, and the PFI programme, whilst also discussing what the broader benefits of your project might be and how you can deal with them in the business case.
