About this talk

Covid-19 is challenging us all and will continue to impact us even after we return to our normal working environments. In the latest CPD bitesize webinar, Paul Miller will consider the importance of understanding how we are affected by our circumstances and how we can develop tools and techniques to build our resilience and confidence. The pandemic is providing a particularly unique set of circumstances, but we can use these to learn about our response to crisis and build on this to develop our future self-management skills.
