About this talk

In 2019, National Services Scotland (NSS) started its finance transformation journey. Using a tool to automate and standardise the reconciliation process guaranteed NSS ability to have unprecedented visibility into accounting processes, and deliver high-quality and accurate reconciliations. With automation from a Cloud provider NSS has the controls and visibility into close processes and can guarantee the accuracy of the financials. Internal teams, customers of the SSC and auditors were able to manage and asses the status of reconciliations, investigate errors in real-time remotely – and take appropriate action from their ‘new norm’ workspace at home. To ensure that we can keep funding HFMA events, we often involve third party organisations and may share your forename, surname, job title and organisation on request.
