Performance management is a systematic approach to improve the performance of individuals and teams, aligning priorities and use of resources with the wider aims of the organisation. In the NHS there is a clear link between performance management and quality of patient care. During this webinar Brian Stables will explore the wider benefits of performance management and will look at some useful tools and techniques for helping us become more effective. Brian will also discuss resources which are available to help us all become more effective at managing performance and a range of tools that can help with performance measurement and achievement.
