About this talk

After two years of the pandemic financial regime, the NHS now faces the challenge of achieving financial balance while managing the operational recovery from Covid in terms of waiting lists, staffing levels and demand for urgent and emergency care. In this webinar, two of Unit 4’s NHS customers will share how they have developed and implemented their enterprise resource planning (ERP) strategy. The impact was streamlined reporting that was more collaborative but took less effort to produce. The NHS bodies will share their tips for best practice in agile reporting and scenario modeling and how this will help them achieve financial sustainability.
