About this talk

Screenshots aren’t enough — DIY website & social media collections: Many legal professionals still resort to static images (screenshots and simple PDFs) as a way of collecting and preserving website and social media evidence. While this is sometimes good enough to be submitted as evidence, it invites questions around authenticity from opposing counsel. A far better idea is to adopt a solution that allows for easy evidence collection and not only does away with manual and frustrating screen-shotting, but also includes all associated metadata, and furnishes evidence with an authenticating hash value. Register for this webinar to learn more about: - The legal requirements for authentication of website and social media evidence - The challenges and risks of manual collection through static images - The importance of hash values and metadata - More effective and efficient alternatives for DIY evidence collection Speakers: Brett Burney, Principal, Burney Consultants Jesse Ward, Customer Success Manager, Pagefreezer
