Screenshots aren’t enough — DIY website & social media collections:
Many legal professionals still resort to static images (screenshots and simple PDFs) as a way of collecting and preserving website and social media evidence. While this is sometimes good enough to be submitted as evidence, it invites questions around authenticity from opposing counsel.
