We’ll explore: • Collecting from devices, cloud, email, and web sources • Document retention in the cloud • Managing data collection from the virtual workplace • Adapting to a hybrid going forward Peter’s bio: Peter Garza leads Ricoh USA’s computer forensics consulting practice. Mr. Garza has worked as a consulting, independent or testifying expert in hundreds of cases, often involving forensic analysis of different types of data sources. The computer forensics lab and team of forensic analysts he leads are often called upon to perform forensic analysis in former employee data theft cases, contract disputes, employment cases and other types of litigation. Mr. Garza is often consulted early in a case to assist in pre-litigation investigation before a claim is filed. Mr. Garza worked as an NCIS special agent specializing in computer forensics, computer counterintelligence and computer intrusion (“hacker”) investigations. Mr. Garza completed a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University.
