Rob Hanna has achieved notable recognition in his field, including the Fellow rank from the Society for Technical Communication (STC) and the Enterprise Content Management Specialist (ECMs) designation from AIIM. In 2013, he became an Information Mapping® Certified Consultant™ (IMCC) through Information Mapping International and also holds a Certified Information Professional (CIP) certification from AIIM. Currently, Rob serves as the President and Chief Information Architect at Precision Content Authoring Solutions Inc. in Toronto, Canada. His active involvement extends to being a member of the OASIS DITA Technical Committee, focusing on the Technical Documentation Subcommittee. Additionally, Rob has contributed as a national director for the STC and as the vice-chairman of the STC Certification Commission. Can’t make it?
