Drafting and Enforcing of Non-Compete Agreements

In our recessionary economy, a well-structured, enforceable non-compete agreement is critical in ensuring that losses of key employees don't doom a business: however, poorly written and non-enforceable agreements are just as dangerous as they will only provide a false sense of security. Scott Murphy of the business litigation law firm Allen & Murphy Law will discuss the subject of non-compete agreements and provide viewers of the webinar information on enforceability and usability of non-compete agreements as well as how the economy is influencing enforceability of these agreements in this 45-minute webinar.
