Employers are facing increased competition for talent and higher expectations of their current and future employees. At the same time, due to remote interviewing, the risks and subsequent costs of making a poor hire have increased significantly. Employers can address these risks and objectively assess the largest candidate pool possible by integrating appropriate psychometric tools into their recruitment processes. Psychometric tests have proven validity in assessing and predicting leadership ability and potential, plus fit to culture and strategy but need to be selected appropriately.
