About this talk
For this program, our speaker will provide attendees with new and pertinent information regarding many of the challenging wage and hour issues facing California employers. California is a hot bed for expensive wage and hour class action litigation and this program is designed to help employers spot the issues that give rise to these lawsuits and take steps to ensure that they are in compliance. The program will also provide an update on the primary wage and hour issues that the California Supreme Court will look at in 2010.
