From how the brain works, why it responds in the way it does, we'll share some effective and easy things you can do to change how your brain responds and give you strategies to help you change your experience of these situations without having to change the situations themselves. Encouraging our brains to respond in a more helpful way to life’s challenges will help you build resilience so you can manage situations calmly and in a more capable manner.
