DevOps and ITSM

DevOps is becoming the new normal for digital organizations around the world. Educators and industry trainers need updated material, to replace their previous reliance on waterfall development and process frameworks. This presentation will discuss a new approach to developing training, based not on a waterfall lifecycle but rather on a scaling model. What capabilities do we need as our organization grows? What is the minimum viable DevOps platform, and what do you add to it, why, and when? By thinking about how organizations scale, we have a powerful and accessible new approach to communicating the new DevOps body of knowledge to an industry needing updated guidance.
