This is the second event in the digital panel series looking at the impact of digitization on the customer experience. This episode was hosted by Worldline’s Tony Burgess who was joined by a great panel of Brian Coburn (CEO, Comcarde Ltd) and Kristine Kirby (CEO, Aliferous Group Digital) and Jeremy Stevens (Global Head of Sales for Zenitech). There was a great debate about the role of digital and how to strike the balance between digital and in-store customer experiences.
