At Hargreaves Lansdown we have five Values which guide our behaviours and should be front of mind in every decision or action we take at HL. These include PUT THE CLIENT FIRST, MAKE IT EASY, DO IT BETTER and GO THE EXTRA MILE. Our End User Support team identified a problem and a better way of working and introduced a Tech Bar. The results were immediately evident to all and have transformed the way we support colleagues. Nick Osborne, Head of Corporate IT at Hargreaves Lansdown explains how he introduced a Tech Bar at the UK's number one platform for private investors, and how the introduction of the Tech Bar improved the end user experience for colleagues.
